If a renewable chemical company wants to be integrated in the chemical supply chain, I guess it is better to join trade organizations who know the supply chain inside and out.
Green Biologics Ltd., a U.K. based industrial biotechnology and renewable chemicals company announced early this month that it was approved for membership to the American Chemistry Council (ACC). The ACC represents the leading companies engaged in the business of chemistry. Members range from large multinational companies such as Dow, DuPont, and BASF to small and medium size enterprises like Green Biologics.
Other renewable chemical companies already in the ACC’s membership roster include Virent, Myriant, and Elevance Renewable Sciences.
