My apologies for a very long hiatus in blogging. Unfortunately my struggle with health issues still continues and everybody tells me health comes first. However, it is hard to stay away from blogging. Here’s a report that I received late last month regarding oxodegradable plastics.

A recently released statement from members of the New Plastics Economy initiative is proposing for a ban on oxodegradable plastics, and over 150 organizations worldwide ranging from food companies, chemical companies, bioplastics companies, NGOs, industry associations, etc. are reportedly backing up this proposal.
