Global Bioenergies in bio-isobutene negotiation

Global Bioenergies, a France-based industrial biotechnology company, has entered a license agreement negotiation on a specific application of Global Bionergies’ bio-based isobutene process with an undisclosed large US-based industrial group. The two companies have been working together since December 2010 in the development of a particular bio-isobutene project. Global Bioenergies said a specific technical milestone has been achieved which triggered the current negotiation for a license agreement.
